In general you need a VPN Software for safe connection to your device. All traffic will be send safe within a tunnel to protect your device and the process to unauthorized action.
Once you have started the VPN-Tunnel you can access the device via browser or in a VNC Remote Control software. Both links are provided on your Device Homepage.
